By accessing or using PostGenius ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Service.
2. Description of Service
PostGenius is an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation platform. It provides tools to generate posts, build carousels, plan weekly content, and schedule publications. The AI generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by PostGenius is produced by an AI model. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated content. PostGenius does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.
You own the content you publish to LinkedIn. PostGenius claims no ownership over posts you generate using the Service.
6. Plans, Payments & Refunds
Free plan: Available at no charge with usage limits as described on the Pricing page.
Paid plans: Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for subsequent billing cycles.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 30-day window.
7. Intellectual Property
The PostGenius name, logo, and all Service code, design, and documentation are owned by PostGenius and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostGenius and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
